Here’s our warranty and return policy:

Returns: You may return any unworn and unwashed item within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original condition. 

Refund Method: Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which does not expire and can be used towards future purchases.

Courier Fee Deduction: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Process: To initiate a return, please complete the return form. We will then arrange for Fastway to collect your parcel.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it for store credit and place a new order. 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, bodysuits and personal use items for hygienic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong size or item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@bellegray.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Belle Gray, Flanders Boutique Mall, 14 Flanders Drive, Mount Edgecombe, 4302. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
